JMBPL mainly comprises  of two companies namely, JayMataji Battery Private Limited and JMB Passion LLP. 

JayMataji Battery Private Limited are the  authorized franchisee  (distributor) for   Amaron® Hi-Life batteries.  Where in we  deal with batteries for every automotive application viz. Two wheelers, Cars, SUV, LCV, Trucks, Tractors, Generators etc. We also deal in Inverters and it's batteries. We also deals in ELITO brand of batteries which is from AREML.

Company is also authorized channel partner (distributor) for Amara Raja Batteries Ltd’s Industrial batteries which covers applications like UPS (Amaron® Quanta), Electric Forklifts and other stationary power back up applications. 

JMB Passion LLP are authorized distributor for STUDDS brands of Helmets as well as Mobike accessories.  We are also authorized partner for SAL's premium Helmet brand "SMK" which is exported to more than 40 countries worldwide.  

JMB Passion LLP  are also authorized 4S Distributors for YOKOHAMA tyres for the whole Gujarat state. In late FY24,  JMB Passion LLP  have forayed into distrbution of Amaron Hi-Life Lubes.
